为了研究在小电流、小脉宽条件下电火花加工毛化表面对提高材料表面吸光率的效果,以无磁钢(20Mn23Al V)为研究对象,在电火花成型机床上进行毛化加工,研究了峰值电流和脉冲宽度对吸光效果的影响。结果表明,在小电流小脉宽条件下,吸光率随着峰值电流和脉冲宽度的增加而减小。并通过扫描电镜对毛化表面形貌的观察,对峰值电流和脉冲宽度对吸光率的这种影响关系进行了分析和说明。
In order to study the effect of EDM textured surface on increasing the surface absorbance under the condition of small current and small pulse width, the non-magnetic steel (20Mn23Al V) was used as the research object and the texturing process was carried out on the EDM machine. The effect of peak current and pulse width on the light absorption effect. The results show that at small current and small pulse width, the absorbance decreases with the increase of peak current and pulse width. And observed by scanning electron microscopy of the surface texture of the hair, the peak current and pulse width of the absorbance of this relationship was analyzed and explained.
