In recent years, not just China’s rapid rise in house prices, the global property market is also a rising tone. How to curb excessive housing prices to prevent the property market bubble has become a common problem faced by all countries. August US home sales median price for the first time in 11 years fell, more for the European and American countries sounded the alarm. With the continuous cooling of the US property market, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) recently released a forecast that the global real estate market in the next 30 years, the prosperity may gradually subside. Almost all real estate in France, Spain, Canada and the United Kingdom started to decline this year, and real estate was one of the major industries that supported the booming economy in these countries for quite some time. Bubble accumulation may be slow, but if the rupture is in a flash, the property market is facing severe challenges.
