中国林科院亚热带林业研究所马尾松组,从1988年开始对马尾松扦插繁殖进行了一系列试验研究。4年之中,应用扦插穗条近万株,先后进行了以下各项试验:①采穗母树年龄比较试验:从1~7年生母树上采下的穗条,除7年生的以外,其余各树龄穗条均有扦插生根成活的苗木。一般树龄越大生根成活率越低,树龄越小生根成活率越高,但树龄小繁殖指数也小。试验考虑到成活率与繁殖指数两方面的因素,选择采穗母树最佳年龄。②扦插基质的比较试验:利用河沙、蛭石、糠灰、松林上、圃地土、阔叶林腐殖土以及用几种
