随着建筑业的飞速发展,做为筑路工具中的重要部分,压路机的使用越来越广泛。同时,如何有效降低振动压路机在施工过程中伴随的噪声污染也成为人们日益关注的话题。众所周知,强烈振动以及伴随而来的噪音污染不仅会影响整个工程的质量,也会给人和其他生物带来强烈的不适感,甚至对生态环境文明也有所破坏。因此,本文先后分析了噪声的传播以及振动压路机的噪声来源,阐述了如何提高压路机性能,并针对降低噪声污染、提高工作稳定性提出了若干建议,如选用新型低噪声发动机、采取良好的减振措施、优化冷却风扇、更新液压系统以及合理设计隔声屏障,带来明显的降噪效果,同时也对整个工程质量的提升大有裨益。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, as an important part of road building tools, the use of roller is more and more widely. At the same time, how to effectively reduce the noise pollution accompanying the construction of vibratory roller has also become a topic of increasing concern. It is known to all that strong vibration and accompanying noise pollution will not only affect the quality of the whole project, but also bring intense discomfort to people and other creatures and may even destroy the ecological environment. Therefore, this paper analyzes the noise propagation and noise source of vibration roller in succession, elaborates how to improve the performance of roller, and puts forward some suggestions to reduce noise pollution and improve work stability. For example, choose a new low-noise engine, take good damping Measures to optimize the cooling fan, to update the hydraulic system and sound insulation barrier design, resulting in significant noise reduction effect, but also greatly enhance the quality of the entire project.
