测定了低温解除休眠过程中喇叭水仙‘上农早春’鳞片内酚酸类物质的成分和含量变化,以及与酚酸代谢相关的多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化,结果表明,总酚含量呈下降趋势;在检测到的没食子酸、绿原酸、4-羟基苯甲酸、3,4-二羟基肉桂酸、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸5种酚酸类物质中,4-羟基苯甲酸含量最高;酚酸类物质含量与PPO活性呈负相关,与PAL活性呈正相关。酚酸类物质含量下降可能是喇叭水仙休眠解除的机制之一。
