为了消除机械工厂铸工车间冲天炉鼓风机的噪声危害,一机部第一设计院声学组承担了研制ZHZ-55型消声器的任务。先后研制了不同形式的15个消声器,放在北京地区五个工厂的铸工车间内试用,从而取得了生产试验的第一手资料。后又在大量调查的基础上,与北京劳保所、长沙消声器厂、同济大学、上海鼓风机厂协作,确定19种组合元件在同济大学消声试验台上进行试验,测定了12000多个数据,经过分析整理,得出了两个结论: 一、阻性消声器通道中合理而最佳的流速为18米/秒,小于18米/秒时,流速对消声值没有多大影响,当大于18米/秒时,随流速的增加,消声值明显
