本文在研究农业物料流化床中颗粒沿铅垂方向的偏析运动时,用概率的方法对影响运动最主要的随机因素——颗粒间的碰撞作用进行描述,在此基础上建立了床中颗粒沿铅垂方向偏析运动的随机微分方程,并对求解方法进行了初步的探讨。另外,还对部分农业物料流化床的表观粘度、床中颗粒的扩散系数进行了测定,从而为流化偏析现象的实际应用和进一步研究打下了一定的理论基础。
In this paper, when studying the particle segregation movement in the vertical direction of the fluidized bed of agricultural material, the most important stochastic factor affecting the motion - the collision between the particles is described by the probability method. On the basis of this, The stochastic differential equations of the segregation motion along the vertical direction are discussed and the solution method is discussed preliminarily. In addition, the apparent viscosity of some agricultural material fluidized bed and the diffusion coefficient of particles in the bed were also measured, which laid a theoretical foundation for the practical application and further study of fluid segregation phenomenon.
