目的:研究天麻钩藤对多发性脑梗塞痴呆大鼠(MID)模型的疗效及作用机制。方法:观察不同剂量的天麻钩藤煎煮液(天麻:钩藤=3:4)对MID大鼠模型的学习记忆、脑组织过氧化物酶、能量代谢及神经保护因子的影响,以及对Na_2S_2O_4和H_2O_2诱导的细胞损伤的影响。结果:天麻钩藤煎煮液在40g、20g(生药量)/kg/d剂量下,改善脑梗塞痴呆大鼠的学习记忆能力,降低脑组织MDA和LA含量,提高GSH-Px、SOD、CAT、LDH及ACh E活性,促进NGF、BDNF的表达,细胞实验显示天麻钩藤水提物对Na_2S_2O_4和H_2O_2诱导的细胞损伤有保护作用。结论:天麻钩藤具有改善智力和脑保护功效,其机制与抗氧化、神经保护、改善胆碱能神经功能及能量代谢作用有关。
Objective: To study the curative effect and mechanism of Tianma Gouteng on multiple dementia rat model of dementia (MID). Methods: The effects of different doses of Gastrodia elata Blume Decoction (Gastrodia elata: Uncaria = 3: 4) on the learning and memory, peroxidase, energy metabolism and neuroprotective factors in MID rats were observed, and the effects of Na_2S_2O_4 And H 2 O 2 -induced cell injury. Results: Gastrodia elata Blume Decoction could improve the learning and memory abilities, reduce the content of MDA and LA in brain tissue, increase the contents of GSH-Px, SOD, CAT , LDH and ACh E activity and promote the expression of NGF and BDNF. The cell experiments showed that the aqueous extract of Gastrodia elata Blume had protective effects on Na_2S_2O_4 and H_2O_2-induced cell injury. Conclusion: Uncaria rhynchophylla has the effects of improving intelligence and protecting the brain. Its mechanism is related to the antioxidation, neuroprotection and the improvement of cholinergic function and energy metabolism.
