用熔融共混法制备了多种不同配比的聚丙烯(PP)/膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/介孔分子筛(MCM-41)纳米复合材料,研究了具有纳米片层结构OMMT与同时具有纳米球形颗粒与纳米六方孔道的MCM-41及其不同的添加量与IFR复配对PP基纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:OMMT、MCM-41与IFR在PP中具有良好的协同作用,当OMMT/MCM-41混合填料比例为1:1时,PP基纳米复合材料的拉伸强度及冲击强度均达到最大值,氧指数达到34.2,比纯PP(氧指数17.0)提高了50%,垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级,耐热分解温度得到提高。
A series of IFR / OMMT / mesoporous molecular sieves (MCM-41) nanocomposites with different proportions were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of OMMT with nanosheets and MCM-41 with both nano-spherical particles and nano-hexagonal channels on the properties of PP-based nanocomposites were investigated. The results show that OMMT and MCM-41 have good synergistic effect with IFR in PP. When the ratio of OMMT / MCM-41 filler is 1: 1, the tensile strength and impact strength of PP-based nanocomposites reach the maximum , The oxygen index reached 34.2, which was 50% higher than that of pure PP (oxygen index 17.0). The vertical combustion grade reached V-0, and the pyrolysis temperature was improved.
