本文提供了关于菱锰矿在高梯度磁选中表面力影响的试验研究结果。菱锰矿细磨到-10μ占90%以上,在PH=6~9之间,磁场强度从2000奥斯特到6000奥斯特变化的高梯度磁选装置加以分离,实验数据表明:菱锰矿精矿的最大回收率和最高品位都在PH值相应于其零电点时获得。回收率和品位的这些明显变化的原因,被认为是在零电点附近时,静电斥力消失,在外磁场作用下颗粒发生选择性磁絮凝继而在介质载体上有较高的捕获速率所致。
This article provides experimental results on the effect of rhodochrosite on the surface forces in high gradient magnetic separations.
