目的　为了探讨新生儿呼吸道 G-杆菌感染原因、病原菌、耐药情况及相应防治措施。方法　分析 168例新生儿气管插管下取痰培养情况。结果　 2 4 1份痰标本中培养阳性 2 0 8份 ,阳性率为 86.3 0 %。共检出病原菌 2 3 2株 ,其中 89.66%为 G- 杆菌 ,醋酸不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌是 3种主要致病菌。耐药率高 ,对泰能、环丙沙星较为敏感。结论　 G- 杆菌是新生儿呼吸道感染重要病原菌 ,耐药率高 ,应积极防治 Objective To investigate neonatal respiratory G-bacilli infection causes, pathogens, drug resistance and the corresponding prevention and treatment. Methods Analysis of 168 cases of neonatal sputum culture under endotracheal intubation. Results A total of 208 positive samples were collected from 242 sputum samples and the positive rate was 86.3%. A total of 223 strains of pathogens were detected, of which 89.66% were G-bacteria, Acinetobacter aceti, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the three main pathogens. High rate of resistance to Thailand, ciprofloxacin more sensitive. Conclusion G-bacilli is an important pathogen of neonatal respiratory tract infection, with high resistance rate and should be actively controlled
