中信重型机械公司多年来坚持突出以资金管理为中心,依靠高度集中的财务管理体系,加强资金的计划控制和调度,提高了资金的营运效果。我们的做法是:一、以内部银行为核心,建立健全高度集中的财务管理体系我公司内部银行建立于1979年,建立的初衷主要是为了满足企业划小核算单位,开展内部核算的需要。随着十几年来企业的发展和改革,内部银行逐渐成为公司的内部结算中心、内部信贷中心和资金调控监督中心,成为公司财务管理体系的核心。目前,我公司下设四个工厂,十五个分厂、十四个二级公司和九个职能部室,
