人事部门是政府的重要职能部门,很多工作都直接影响到党和政府的形象、牵扯到人民群众的切身利益,备受社会关注。笔者认为,在当前形势下,人事干部应当不断提高四种能力。 The personnel department is an important functional department of the government. Many tasks directly affect the image of the party and the government and involve the vital interests of the people and the masses and attract much public attention. The author believes that in the current situation, personnel cadres should continuously improve their four abilities.
