本文对GYQ-560型油管钳的主要受力件开口齿轮强度及壳体刚度,借助SAP-5程序进行了有限元分析,取得了与实验相同的结果,为同类型油管钳的设计提供了较好的力学模型和方法。
In this paper, the strength of the gear and the rigidity of the shell of GYQ-560-type tubing clamp were analyzed by finite element method with the SAP-5 program. The same results as the experiment were obtained, which provided a better result for the design of the same kind of tubing clamp Good mechanics models and methods.
