到马来西亚旅游,我被当地华人那浓郁的茶文化情结所震撼。不说吉隆坡那鳞次栉比的中国式茶馆,也不说华人华侨在茶楼品茗时的讲究和精致,单说他们“跳茶神”的激情澎湃,就让人叹为观止!2013年农历三月十三日(吉隆坡华人在标示喜庆日子时仍使用农历),是粤祥茶馆第三分店的开张吉日。老板李诒和告诉我,粤祥茶馆由他祖父1954年创办,至今已经营了59年,这些年随着中国大陆游客的激增,生意越发红火,又在唐人街四区新开了一家分店。按惯例不论开张或乔迁,都要“跳茶神”庆贺一番。“茶神保佑,来吃茶的宾客幸福平
