本文运用神经行为学测定与心理问诊方法,对纺织厂的32名修织女工和38名验布女工进行了调查。结果发现,接触组女工在记忆、视觉空间关系、智力、反应速度以及心理操作等神经行为功能上明显低于对照组(幼儿园保育员)。同时接触女工还表现出职业心理问题,例如对工种、工作环境、轮班制安排以及奖惩制度等表示不满意。以上因素可能是导致纺织女工“招不进、留不住”的部分原因。
In this paper, 32 neurosurgeons and 38 women workers in the textile factory were surveyed by means of neurobehavioral testing and psychological interrogation. The results showed that female workers in the contact group were significantly lower than those in the control group (nursery nursery school) in the neurobehavioral functions such as memory, visual spatial relationship, intelligence, reaction speed and psychological operation. At the same time, women workers exposed also showed professional psychological problems, such as dissatisfaction with types of work, working environment, shift arrangements and reward and punishment systems. The above factors may be part of the reason that women workers in textiles can not move in or stay alive.
