新员工入职培训对企业人力资源管理具有重要的战略作用。针对新入职员工的特点和水电企业人才需求的特点,从融入企业文化、熟悉制度流程、提高思想认识、确保工作安全和提升工作技能等角度入手,探索并实践了一条适应于水电企业的新员工入职培训模式,实践证明该新模式在水电企业新员工入职培训中取得良好效果。
New employee induction training has an important strategic role in the management of enterprise human resources. In view of the characteristics of newly recruited employees and the needs of professionals in hydropower enterprises, this paper explores and practices a new employee adapted to hydropower enterprises from the aspects of integration into corporate culture, familiarity with system processes, enhancement of ideological understanding, ensuring work safety and upgrading of work skills. The induction training mode has proved that the new model has achieved good results in recruiting new employees in hydropower enterprises.
