对于已被拉、研伤的导轨面,用刨削或磨削的方法修复不仅会降低导轨的寿命,同时会引起机床与导轨配合的各部件间尺寸链变化,造成修理困难。即使对于拉、研伤较轻的导轨,采用手工刮削来修复也是不经济的。我厂有些拉、研伤导轨是采用锡铋合金钎焊的方法修复的,但对于垂直的或带有一定倾斜度的大面积研伤导轨,此法就难以进行。而涂料粘补法却不受此条件的限制,而且工艺简单、操作方便;材料来源容易、成本低廉;降低劳动强度、缩短维修工时,且随时可就地修复设备,特别适于二级保养。半年来,我们在车、铣、刨、磨、钻、镗、压床上应用,先后修补了40台设备,基本上未发生脱落和开裂现象。现将涂料粘补法介绍如下:

Some of my plant pull, grinding wound guide rail is the use of tin-bismuth alloy brazing repair, but for vertical or with a certain degree of slope of a large area of research injury rail, this method is difficult to carry out. The coating adhesion method is not subject to this condition, and the process is simple, easy to operate; easy to source materials, low cost; reduce labor intensity, shorten the maintenance man-hours, and ready to repair equipment on the spot, especially for two maintenance. In the past six months, we have applied 40 sets of equipment to cars, milling, planing, grinding, drilling, boring and pressing machines, and basically did not fall off and cracked. Coating adhesion method now introduce as follows:
