目的:观察宫颈高频电刀环切术(LEEP术)后西欧斯壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜对宫颈创面愈合的效果及对HPV转归的影响。方法:将127例LEEP术后患者分为西欧斯壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜组和对照组,观察创面愈合情况,阴道流液、流血情况及创面愈合时间,并对术后HPV转归情况进行短期随访。结果:西欧斯壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜组和对照组术后综合评分分别为16.05±3.83和21.4±3.60(P<0.05),创面愈合时间分别为(28.7±6.3)天和(42.6±5.6)天(P<0.05),6个月HR-HPV转阴率分别为82.05%和85.37%(P>0.05),平均转阴时间分别为(3.56±1.17)月和(4.11±1.45)月(P<0.05)。结论:西欧斯壳聚糖抗菌膜可促进宫颈高频电刀环切术后宫颈创面的愈合,减少术后出血,缩短愈合时间,并可缩短术后HR-HPV转阴时间,但未发现对术后6个月HR-HPV转阴率有改善。
Objective: To observe the effect of Western Antimicrobial Chitosan on cervical wound healing and the prognosis of HPV after cervical high frequency electrosurgical excision (LEEP). Methods: 127 patients with postoperative LEEP were divided into Western Antimicrobial Chitosan group and control group. The wound healing, vaginal fluid, bleeding and wound healing time were observed. The incidence of postoperative HPV was short-term Follow-up. Results: The average postoperative scores of Western Antimicrobial Chitosan antimicrobial film and control group were 16.05 ± 3.83 and 21.4 ± 3.60 respectively (P <0.05), and wound healing time was (28.7 ± 6.3) days and (42.6 ± 5.6) days, respectively (P <0.05). The negative conversion rates of HR-HPV in 6 months were 82.05% and 85.37% (P> 0.05), and the average negative conversion time was 3.56 ± 1.17 months and 4.11 ± 1.45 months respectively <0.05). CONCLUSION: The Western Antimicrobial Chitosan film can promote cervical wound healing after high frequency electrosurgical excision of the cervix, reduce the postoperative bleeding, shorten the healing time and shorten the postoperative HR-HPV negative conversion time. However, HR-HPV negative conversion rate improved after 6 months.
