目的 观察丙烯酰胺 (ACR)中毒后Ola和 6J鼠小脑的不同病理改变。方法 采用病理学技术对小脑Purkinje细胞进行光镜和电镜定性分析。结果 光镜下小脑整个Purkinje细胞深染 ,形态不规则 ;电镜下偶见胞膜限局性膨出 ,内含一些管状滑面内质网 ,在突起的表面部分胞膜分层、变厚。上述改变仅见于 6J鼠 ,而Ola鼠未见异常变化。结论 丙烯酰胺中毒导致 6J鼠小脑Purkinje细胞病理改变 ,这种变化可能是产生共济失调的病理基础
Objective To observe the different pathological changes of the cerebellum of Ola and 6J rats after acrylamide (ACR) poisoning. Methods Purkinje cells were analyzed qualitatively by light microscopy and electron microscopy using pathology techniques. Results Under the light microscope, the entire Purkinje cells of the cerebellum were deeply stained and irregular in shape. Occasionally bulging cytoplasm was bulging under the electron microscope and contained some tubular smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The membrane surface became thicker and stratified on the surface of the protuberances. The above changes were found only in 6J mice, while no abnormal changes were observed in Ola mice. Conclusion Acrylamide intoxication induces pathological changes of Purkinje cells in cerebellum of 6J rats, which may be the pathological basis of ataxia
