为了提高陶瓷偏角磁变仪的整点值读数精度,我们对陶瓷偏角磁变仪自动记录部分的时号装置作了改进。该仪器原先是用闹钟改装的机械触点,每小时接触一次。该装置工作虽较稳定,但时间精度差,24小时走时误差达3至5分钟。天长日久,触点易磨损或氧化,接触电阻大,使时号灯工作不可靠,造成时号线粗细不匀,影响照面质量。
In order to improve the reading precision of the whole point value of the ceramic deflection magnetic strain gauge, we made some improvements to the time-recording device of the automatic recording part of the ceramic deflection angle magnetic strain gauge. The instrument was originally modified with a mechanical alarm clock contact hourly contact. Although the device work is more stable, but the time accuracy is poor, 24-hour travel time error of 3 to 5 minutes. Over time, the contact is easy to wear or oxidation, contact resistance, so that the hour light work is not reliable, resulting in uneven thickness when the line number, affecting the quality of photographic surface.
