研究了轻型飞机全机水平撞击试验装置设计技术。首先,文章总结了水平轨道弹射、斜坡下滑和单摆下落这几类水平撞击试验实现方案的优缺点,确定了试验撞击方案和试验步骤。其次,根据飞机结构耐撞性评估的要求,设计了飞机悬吊/释放装置、测力平台,并给出了传感器的选择与布置方法。最后,以某轻型飞机为研究对象,完成了全机水平撞击试验,测得了乘员过载、撞击载荷等反应飞机结构耐撞性能的重要参数指标,并在此基础上评价了该型飞机的耐撞性能。
The design technology of the full impact test device for light aircraft is studied.
