第一章:总则第一条:为加强对食品生产经营活动的日常监督检查,落实食品生产经营者主体责任,保证食品安全,根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》等法律法规,制定本办法。第二条:食品药品监督管理部门对食品(含食品添加剂)生产经营者执行食品安全法律、法规、规章以及食品安全标准等情况实施日常监督检查,适用本办法。第三条:食品生产经营日常监督检查应当遵循属地负责、全面覆盖、风险管理、信息公开的原则。第四条:国家食品药品监督管理总局负责监督指导全国食品生
