针对压铸模具寿命低,压铸工艺参数设定困难等因素,采用数值模拟软件对铝合金压铸模具的温度场和热应力场进行了数值模拟分析,得出压铸周期中模具表面的温度变化情况和压铸过程中热应力的变化情况;根据模拟结果预测了容易出现缺陷的位置,并和实际产品进行了对比。
