在小型稻麦联合收获机的研制和试验基础上,对收割机收获谷物茎杆回弹问题进行定量分析。通过对回弹机理的分析,建立数学模型,并利用计算机模拟试验和田间试验的数据对比作进一步论证。试验证明,谷物回弹是造成拨禾轮拨禾损失的重要因素,为进一步解决茎杆回弹问题,研究了拨禾轮的速比、转速及回弹时间对拨禾轮性能的影响。并以此确定了小型稻麦联合收获机的性能参数与其结构参数的关系。为进一步的稻麦联合收割机结构参数的优化提供了基础。
On the basis of the research and experiment of small rice-wheat combine harvester, the problem of rebound of cereal stem harvested by harvester was quantitatively analyzed. Through the analysis of the rebound mechanism, the mathematical model is established, and the data comparison between the computer simulation test and the field test is used for further demonstration. The experiment proves that the grain rebound is an important factor that causes the loss of the revolver. In order to solve the rebound problem of the stem further, the influence of reel speed, revolving speed and rebound time on the reel performance was studied. The relationship between the performance parameters and the structural parameters of the mini-rice combine harvester was then determined. This provided the basis for further optimization of structural parameters of rice and wheat combine harvester.
