为实现2000年人人享有卫生保健的全球战略目标,现阶段实施初级卫生保健(简称PHC)是关键。随着农村PHC 的推广,城市PHC 规划业已出台,如何加强城市医院保健科的管理是一值得探讨的问题。一、现行管理体制中的弊端改革前,每人包干1~2个居委会的保健工作,这种管理办法虽易于和家长建立密切的联系,便于了解儿童的生长发育等情况,但存在很多的弊端。(一)每人各自为政,科领导不易掌握工作进皮及每个人的工作情况;(二)科内既有科长、组长,又有各项工作的条长,多头领导造成工作上的混乱;
