近年来高职教育发展速度飞快,由于高职院校主要是为社会培养技能型人才这一特殊性质,许多高职院校在思想政治教育工作上出现了很多问题,严重阻碍了高职院校的发展。本文详细的对当前高职院校思想政治教育工作中出现的问题进行了分析和探讨,并针对问题提出了未来高职院校思想政治教育工作的发展方向和有效措施。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational education, vocational colleges mainly because of the training of skilled personnel for the community of this special nature, many higher vocational colleges in ideological and political education there have been many problems that seriously hampered the vocational colleges development of. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the current ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in detail, and puts forward the development direction and effective measures for the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the future.
