现代高新技术成果的推广普及,特别需要重视售后服务。维修服务、维修技术服务是极其重要的一环。在推广应用计算机技术的初期,用户对加强维修服务、特别是对维修技术的需求是相当迫切的。时至今日,计算机应用有了较快的发展,各大中型厂商都有专业维修队伍,各大用户也普遍增强了维修力量。但是,也有用户反映少数厂商忽视维修服务。为此,中国计算机用户协会各级组织,仍应如同初期那样重视这一环节,特别是维修技术的交流与培训,使用户更好地发挥计算机软硬设备利用率,为促进国家经济信息化建设做出努力。
Modern popularization of high-tech achievements, in particular, need to focus on after-sales service. Maintenance services, maintenance of technical services is an extremely important part. In the early days of popularizing the application of computer technology, users were quite keen on enhancing the service of repair, especially on the maintenance technology. Today, the rapid development of computer applications, major medium-sized manufacturers have a professional maintenance team, major users also generally enhance the maintenance force. However, some users also reflect that a small number of manufacturers neglect maintenance services. To this end, China Computer Association at all levels of organizations should still attach importance to this aspect as early as, in particular the maintenance of technical exchanges and training so that users better use of computer hardware and software utilization, in order to promote national economic information construction put in effort.
