目的:探究原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者外周血中IL-2、IL-10及MCP-1与细胞免疫功能相关性。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年4月我院收治的71例原因不明复发性流产患者作为观察组,选取76例行人工流产的妇女作为对照组。结果:观察组患者E2水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者IL-2水平高于对照组,观察组患者血清IL-10、MCP-1水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义;观察组患者CD4~+、CD8~+及CD4~+/CD8~+水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义;观察组患者血清IL-2与CD4~+/CD8~+呈现正相关,IL-10、MCP-1与CD4~+/CD8~+呈现负相关。结论:URSA可能与体内Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡有关,IL-2,IL-10、MCP-1异常表达可能会引起免疫功能异常从而引发复发性流产。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between IL-2, IL-10 and MCP-1 in peripheral blood of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) and cellular immune function. Methods: From June 2014 to April 2016, 71 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 76 women who underwent induced abortion were selected as the control group. Results: The level of E2 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant. The level of IL-2 in observation group was higher than that in control group. The levels of IL-10 and MCP-1 in observation group were lower than those in control group The levels of CD4 ~ +, CD8 ~ + and CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant; the levels of IL-2 and CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +, There was a negative correlation between IL-10, MCP-1 and CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +. Conclusion: URSA may be related to imbalance of Th1 / Th2 cytokines in vivo. Abnormal expression of IL-2, IL-10 and MCP-1 may cause abnormal immune function and lead to recurrent spontaneous abortion.
