目的探讨实验改革对提高医学生医院感染知识认知度的效果,以期更好地预防医院感染。方法 412名医学生为研究对象,其中205名为对照组,采用传统实验教学方法;207名为实验组,参与为提高医院感染认知度而进行的实验教学改革计划。对2组医学生教学前和教学后医院感染知识认知度进行问卷调查和比较。结果实验前,2组对医院感染知识的认知程度,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验后,对照组和实验组认知程度的优秀率均有不同程度上升,实验组提高更多,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实验教学中突出有关医院感染的内容,可提高在校医学生对医院感染及其监测等相关知识和消毒灭菌基础知识的认知程度,使在校医学生对医院感染知识有明确了解,树立主动预防和自我防护的意识,为今后从事临床和护理工作奠定基础。
Objective To explore the effect of experimental reform on improving the knowledge of hospital infection among medical students so as to better prevent nosocomial infection. Methods A total of 412 medical students were enrolled in this study. Among them, 205 were control subjects. Traditional experimental teaching methods were used. 207 were experimental groups involved in the experimental teaching reform plan to improve the awareness of nosocomial infections. Two groups of medical students before and after teaching knowledge of hospital infection awareness questionnaire survey and comparison. Results Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in knowledge of nosocomial infection between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the experiment, the excellent rate of cognition in the control group and the experimental group increased to some extent. The experimental group improved more Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions In experimental teaching, the content of hospital infection is highlighted, which can enhance the cognition of hospital-related medical knowledge about the nosocomial infection and its monitoring, and the basic knowledge of disinfection and sterilization, and make the medical students know the nosocomial infection clearly. Take the initiative to prevent and self-protection awareness, lay the foundation for future clinical and nursing work.
