目的:研究甘肃党参水煎剂对辐照小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的辐射防护作用。方法:小鼠施以X射线照射,党参不同剂量治疗9d组、党参中剂量治疗3d组、党参中剂量治疗15d组及单纯党参水煎剂灌服9d组,小鼠辐照前按实验设计剂量灌胃给药,采用医用直线加速器低能X射线一次性全身照射小鼠制造模型,皮源距100 cm,设定辐射剂量为2.0Gy/m in,照射后24h处死,制备骨髓细胞染色体标本。结果:辐照前给予10、15g/kg党参水煎剂,可明显降低辐射诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色单体型和染色体型畸变及畸变细胞数,给药剂量与染色体的畸变成负相关(r=-0.97912),与防护效应成正相关。给药时间与染色体畸变率成负相关(r=-0.96184),预防治疗的时间越长,染色体畸变率越低,防护作用越显著。结论:党参水煎剂对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体有一定的辐射防护作用。
Objective: To study the radioprotective effect of Danshen decoction of Gansu on the chromosome of bone marrow cells of irradiated mice. Methods: The mice were treated with X-ray irradiation, 9d group with different doses of Codonopsis pilosula, 3 days group with Codonopsis medium dose, 15d group with Codonopsis medium dose and 9d group with Codonopsis decoction alone. Before irradiation, Mice were intragastrically administrated with low energy X-ray and the whole body was irradiated by a medical linear accelerator. The skin source distance was 100 cm. The radiation dose was set at 2.0 Gy / m in. The cells were killed 24 h after irradiation to prepare the chromosome samples of bone marrow cells. Results: Before irradiation, 10,15 g / kg Codonopsis decoction could significantly reduce the number of chromosomes, chromosomes and chromosomes in the bone marrow cells of mice induced by irradiation, and the dosage was negatively correlated with the chromosome aberration r = -0.97912), which is positively related to the protective effect. Administration time and chromosome aberration rate was negatively correlated (r = -0.96184), the longer the prevention and treatment, the lower the rate of chromosome aberration, the more significant protective effect. Conclusion: Codonopsis decoction has a certain radioprotective effect on the chromosome of mouse bone marrow cells.
