锥形砂轮齿轮磨床(如国产机床Y7131,Y7150进口机床ZSTZ500C,H630等)的传动链比较长,为对传动链精度作出评定,用计算各环误差的方法很难得到有实用价值的结果。为了保证机床的磨削精度,制造厂和机修车间都希望能实际测量机床的传动链误差。但是现有的传动链误差测量仪器不仅价格昂贵,而且要求有专门的操作技术和一定的使用条件,因此未能得到推广。这里介绍的传动链误差测量装置结构简单,可靠性好,在制造厂和机修车间都能使用。
