短线法梁段预制拼装在桥梁施工中的应用越来越广泛。利用已浇筑梁段的控制点坐标,通过空间坐标变换,辅以误差修正,可以精确地计算出梁段匹配位置,从而进行下一梁段预制。笔者以厦漳跨海大桥北汊南引桥工程为实例,讨论实现控制点坐标空间坐标变换的方法,为梁段短线预制安装提供指导。
Short-term method of beam prefabricated assembly in the construction of bridges is more and more widely used. By using the coordinates of the control points of the cast-in-situ beams, the coordinates of the beams can be precisely calculated through the spatial coordinate transformation and the error correction, so that the next beam prefabrication can be carried out. Taking the Beiluo South Approach Bridge of the Xiamen-Zhangjiang Sea-crossing Bridge as an example, the author discusses the method of coordinate transformation of the coordinate space of the control points, which provides guidance for the prefabricated installation of beam sections.
