自1996年广州日报报业集团成立至今,经过6年的发展,报业集团已经成为中国报业市场竞争主体。而报业集团从试点到逐步推广的这段时间,一方面要应对着“入世”所带来的外部环境的变化,另一方面,又要面临传媒业的急剧变革和激烈竞争,可以说目前正是报业集团成长、壮大的关键时期。不过,由于我国传媒业长期处在计划经济体制的管理模式中,新闻媒体的目标、任务、人员编制、活动经费、岗位设置、人事任免,以及财务制度、人事制度、社会福利制度
Since the establishment of Guangzhou Daily Newspaper Group in 1996, after six years of development, the newspaper group has become the main competition in China’s newspaper market. The newspaper group, from the pilot phase to the phase-out period, has to cope with the changes in the external environment brought about by the accession to the WTO. On the other hand, it has to face the drastic changes and fierce competition in the media industry. At present, It is the newspaper group growth, a critical period of growth. However, since the media industry in our country has long been in the mode of management of the planned economy, the media’s goals, tasks, staffing, activities and funds, job settings and appointment and dismissal of personnel as well as the financial system, personnel system and social welfare system
