目的:研究水溶性忽地笑多糖的体外抗氧化和抑菌活性。方法:采用体外化学体系研究忽地笑多糖对超氧自由基(O2-.)、羟自由基(.OH)、脂自由基(R.)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的清除作用及用琼脂扩散滤纸片法测定其抑菌活性。结果:抗氧化活性测定以Vc为对照,忽地笑多糖的抗氧化活性总体上弱于Vc,但对.OH和H2O2的清除活性与Vc相当。抑菌活性实验结果表明:忽地笑多糖对藤黄微球菌、短小芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制活性较强。结论:忽地笑多糖具有良好的.OH和H2O2清除活性及对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制活性。
Objective: To study the in vitro antioxidant and antibacterial activities of water-soluble polysaccharides. METHODS: In vitro chemical systems were used to study the effect of polysaccharides on the scavenging of superoxide (O2-.), hydroxyl (.OH), lipid (R.), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and diffusion with agar. Filter paper method to determine its antibacterial activity. RESULTS: The antioxidative activity was measured with Vc as the control. The antioxidative activity of the polysaccharide was generally weaker than that of Vc, but the scavenging activity of .OH and H2O2 was comparable to that of Vc. The antibacterial activity test results showed that the polysaccharides of L. japonicum had strong inhibitory activity against Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus pumilus, and Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusions: The polysaccharides of H. shupo had good scavenging activity of OH and H2O2 and inhibitory activity against gram-positive bacteria.
