根据2000~2001年我国北方枸杞主产区采样化验资料、田间试验资料以及土壤化验资料和逐日气象资料,分析了影响枸杞多糖形成的主要气象和土壤因子。结果表明:土壤因子比气象因子对枸杞多糖含量的影响大,其中,全磷是影响枸杞多糖含量的最主要的因子,其次为枸杞开花至果熟期的降水日数和平均日较差。
The main meteorological and soil factors affecting the formation of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides were analyzed according to the sampling and field data, the soil test data, the soil test data and the daily meteorological data of the main producing areas of Lycium barbarum from 2000 to 2001. The results showed that soil factor had more influence on the content of Lycium barbarum than the meteorological factors. Among them, total phosphorus was the most important factor affecting the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide, followed by the precipitation days and the average day of Lycium barbarum blooming to fruit ripening stage.
