本文通过扫描电镜分别对高糠醇无氮树脂砂和低糠醇高氮树脂砂断口的破裂形式、树脂膜组织结构进行了观察和研究,证实冷硬树脂砂的硬化速度和强度与催化剂在树脂模内的分散状况、砂粒间树脂缩颈内聚强度以及和砂粒的附着强度密切相关.文中采用加入硅烷增强其附着强度,加入促硬剂提高其硬化速度与初期强度均能取得明显效果,并对其机理作了理论上的探讨(图10幅,表2个).
