连年亏损的陕西省土产进出口公司扎扎实实开展“质量、品种、效益年”活动,取得可喜成绩。截至1991年9月底,实现出口1115万美元,比1990年同期增长30.87%,提前三个月超额完成全年出口1110万美元的创汇任务。出口收汇率达95%,并首次实现扭亏为盈,预计全年可盈利240万元(1990年全年累计亏损达1500多万元)。贷款额比上年减少400多万元,减少利息支出30多万元。1991年1～9月,出口换汇成本比1990年同期降低0.89元。公司迄今已开发8项新出
