作者报道19例由于严重血液疾患而使用同种骨髓移植治疗的病人血液学和遗传学资料。1976年～1985年间接受骨髓移植的患者,共19人,女6人,男13人。其中8例为慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML),6例为急性白血病(ALL)。3例严重恶性贫血(SAA)。1例再生障碍性贫血(RA)。
The authors report on the hematological and genetic data of 19 patients treated with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation due to severe blood disorders. A total of 19 patients, 6 females and 13 males underwent bone marrow transplantation between 1976 and 1985. Of these, 8 were chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and 6 were acute leukemia (ALL). 3 cases of severe pernicious anemia (SAA). 1 case of aplastic anemia (RA).
