中国蓝星化学清洗总公司在乌克兰建立的蓝星—波罗米尼清洗技术公司,受乌克兰基辅市供热局的委托,于1992年12月3日运用蓝星化学清洗技术为该局清洗了一台换热器,取得了良好的清洗效果。该换热器是供热局为城市居民提供生活热水的换热器,材质为碳钢和黄铜。清洗前经检查发现换热器内部分铜管几乎被垢堵死,碳钢管路部分锈疤也很严重。结垢主要成分为铜和铁的氧化物,垢质地比较坚硬。以往采用人工的办法,清洗一台换热器约需半个月时间,且除垢效果不甚理想,对换热器列管的机械损伤也较大。
