目的调查安徽、江苏3所医学院校医学生网络成瘾现状及影响因素,为网络成瘾的早期干预提供依据。方法整群抽取蚌埠医学院、皖南医学院和徐州医学院一至三年级学生1 783名,使用《网络成瘾诊断量表》、《青少年生活事件量表》和《特质应对方式问卷》进行调查。结果医学生网络成瘾检出率为11.6%,2组在性别、年级、专业、人际关系、学习压力、健康适应、积极应对方式和消极应对方式方面均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。网络成瘾主要影响因素为性别、人际关系、学习压力、消极应对(P值均<0.01)。结论医学生网络成瘾状况值得重视。应对医学生积极采取有效的预防和控制措施。
Objective To investigate the current status and influential factors of internet addiction among medical students in three medical schools in Anhui and Jiangsu Provinces, and to provide basis for early intervention of internet addiction. Methods A total of 1 783 students from 1st to 3rd grade in Bengbu Medical College, Wannan Medical College and Xuzhou Medical College were enrolled in the study. The questionnaires of “Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire”, “Adolescent Life Events Scale” and “Trait Coping Style” were investigated. Results The detection rate of internet addiction among medical students was 11.6%. There were significant differences (P <0.01) in gender, grade, professional, interpersonal relationship, study stress, health adaptation, coping styles and coping styles. The main influencing factors of internet addiction were gender, interpersonal relationship, learning pressure and negative coping (P <0.01). Conclusion The status of Internet addiction among medical students deserves attention. Medical students should actively take effective prevention and control measures.
