目的在扫描电镜下观察Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后非龋性硬化牙本质的表面形态特点,及硬化牙本质-充填材料间粘接界面的微观形态特点,评价Er,Cr:YSGG激光对非龋性硬化牙本质的作用及对其粘接性能的影响。方法选取咬合面有典型硬化牙本质的离体磨牙20颗,将其随机分成四组,A组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射表面,B组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后35%磷酸酸蚀处理表面,C组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后35%磷酸酸蚀+复合树脂充填,D组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后使用玻璃离子水门汀充填。C、D组样本牙充填完成后,垂直于粘接界面方向片切开以暴露出粘接界面。在扫描电子显微镜下观察A、B组非龋性硬化牙本质表面的微观形态特点,及C、D组硬化牙本质-充填材料粘接界面的形态特点。结果扫描电子显微镜下可见,经Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后硬化牙本质表面粗糙、无玷污层,但牙本质小管开口较小或是完全堵塞;激光照射加35%磷酸酸蚀后可见牙本质小管开口明显增多,多数牙本质小管内有硬化柱突出。粘接界面观察可见复合树脂充填组混合层较薄,混合层、树脂突及牙本质小管内的硬化柱形成紧密连接,玻璃离子水门汀充填组可见硬化牙本质与充填材料粘接较紧密无明显微裂隙。结论使用Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备非龋性硬化牙本质,有助于改善其表面形态,从而利于提高其粘接性能。
OBJECTIVE To observe the morphological characteristics of non-carious sclerotic dentin and the microscopic morphological features of the interface between the hardened dentin and the filler material under scanning electron microscope (SEM), and to evaluate the effect of Er, Cr: YSGG laser on non- Effect of Dental Caries and Its Adhesive Properties on Dental Caries. Methods 20 teeth with typical hardened dentine on occlusal surface were selected and divided into four groups randomly. Group A was exposed to Er, Cr: YSGG laser and Group B was treated with Er, Cr: YSGG laser and 35% phosphoric acid The surface of C group was treated with Er, Cr: YSGG laser, then the phosphoric acid etching + composite resin was filled in group C, and the glass ionomer cement was used in group D after irradiation with Er, Cr: YSGG laser. C, D sample tooth filling is completed, perpendicular to the bonding surface of the film cut to expose the bonding interface. The morphology of non-carious sclerotic dentin surface in groups A and B was observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the morphological characteristics of the dentin-filler interface in group C and D were observed. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface of dentine hardened dentine was rough and smear-free after Er, Cr: YSGG laser irradiation, but the dentinal tubule opening was smaller or completely blocked. Laser irradiation plus 35% phosphoric acid etching showed that dentin Tubular opening was significantly increased, most of the dentin tubule prominence. Adhesion interface observed composite resin filling group mixed layer thin, mixed layer, resin protrusions and dentin tubules within the hardened column to form a tight connection, glass ionomer cement filling group visible hardening dentin and filling material adhesion is not obvious Crack. Conclusion Er, Cr: YSGG laser preparation of non-carious sclerotic dentin, help to improve the surface morphology, which will help to improve its adhesive properties.
