青少年期是个体自我意识发展、形成自我同一性的关键时期,引导学生形成正确的自我认识和自我评价对学生今后的发展具有重要意义。探索促进学生自我意识发展的策略是高职教师的重要职责,通过教学实践发现开展主题班会、集体教育与个别教育、个人成长回忆录等活动,对促进学生自我意识发展成效显著。
Adolescence is the development of self-awareness of individuals, the formation of a critical period of self-identity, guide students to form a correct self-awareness and self-evaluation of the future development of students is of great significance. Exploring strategies to promote the development of students ’self-awareness is an important duty of higher vocational teachers. Through the teaching practice, it is found that carrying out activities such as theme class meetings, collective education and individual education and personal growth memoirs have achieved remarkable results in promoting students’ self-awareness and development.
