本文应用HRP逆行追踪法研究了24只猫丘脑腹后外侧核到大脑皮质颈、躯干、四肢区的定位投射。结果表明,猫丘脑腹后外侧核内侧背部的神经元投射到大脑皮质冠状回后上部及乙状后回外侧后部(颈部及近端躯干代表区);腹后外侧核内侧腹部投射到乙状后回外侧前部(前肢代表区);腹后外侧核的外侧部投射到外侧回前部及乙状后回内侧部(后肢及远端躯干代表区)。丘脑标记细胞均出现于注射部位的同侧,主要为中、小型圆形、椭圆形及多边形。本文还对丘脑腹后外侧核内标记神经元的分布情况进行了讨论。
In this paper, HRP retrograde tracing method was used to study the location projection of the lateral ventromedial nucleus of 24 cats’ thalamus to the neck, trunk and limbs of cerebral cortex. The results showed that the neurons in the medial dorsal lateral to the posterior lateral ventricle of the thalamus were projected into the upper part of the coronal back of the cerebral cortex and the posterior lateral part of the posterior sigmoid gyrus (the representation area of the neck and proximal torso) The posterolateral front anterior (the forelimb representative area); the lateral portion of the posterolateral nucleus projects to the anterolateral anterior and sigmoid posterior medial segments (hindlimb and distal trunk representations). Thalamic marker cells were found on the same side of the injection site, mainly in small and medium round, oval and polygonal. This article also discusses the distribution of labeled neurons in the lateral ventricle of the thalamus.
