在“游戏是儿童的生命”、“游戏是儿童认识世界的途径”等理念逐渐被幼儿园管理者和教师接受并积极贯彻之后,幼儿园的一日活动较以往小学化的模式发生了翻天覆地的变化。但也有不少教师抱怨:我们不怕上课,就怕搞游戏。准备材料、布置环境、指导游戏苦不堪言。小朋友不会玩,好不容易教会了,又要换游戏了。同时,相对于集体活动而言,游戏的自由度高,对教师的专业性要求更高,所以教师在游戏组织过程中常常无法判断,不知如何跟进指导,因而产生畏难情
