一、90年代企业管理的方向1990年4月在旧金山召开了国际工业工程学会上,有关90年代企业管理向何处去的意见,归纳起来意见最集中的是两条:全面质量管理和管理集成化。其命题是“用户的要求就是标准”,即不但要满足用户眼前的要求,而且要通过市场预测,把潜在的用户要求分析出来,提前做好质量的改进的准备。这就是要求动态的,永不中止的质量改进,从第一道工序开始,就要做得完全准确的质量保证,和事后对用户终生维护的质量服务,把“用户就是上帝”的口号加以具体化。
I. The direction of corporate management in the 1990s In April 1990, the International Institute of Industrial Engineering held the opinion of the International Industrial Engineering Society in San Francisco on where to go for business management in the 1990s. The two most concentrated opinions are summarized as follows: Total Quality Management and Management Integration Change. The proposition is “user requirements are standards”, that is not only to meet the immediate needs of users, but also through the market forecast, analyze the potential user requirements, and prepare for quality improvement in advance. This calls for dynamic, never-ending quality improvement. From the first process, we must do a completely accurate quality assurance, and afterwards provide quality services for the user’s lifetime maintenance, and put the slogan “User is God” to be specific.
