企业家所拥有的管理素质和能力为企业的生产与经营提供了特殊的人力资本,是现代企业发展的重要稀缺资源。企业家人力资本是一种异质型人力资本,即具有边际报酬递增生产力形态属性。我国企业家的激励机制设计主要应当包括薪酬机制、控制权机制和声誉机制,约束机制包括企业内部直接监督约束机制和外部市场竞争约束机制。
The management quality and ability owned by entrepreneurs provide special human capital for the production and operation of enterprises and are an important scarce resource for the development of modern enterprises. Entrepreneurial human capital is a kind of heterogeneous human capital, that is, it has the property of increasing the marginal returns and productivity. The design of incentive mechanism for Chinese entrepreneurs mainly includes the salary mechanism, the control right mechanism and the reputation mechanism. The restriction mechanism includes the internal direct supervision and restriction mechanism and the external market competition and restriction mechanism.
