电视业是人才高度密集型产业,人才在电视媒体的经营中处于核心位置。随着电视市场竞争的加剧,越来越多的电视媒体面临人才流失的问题。这个问题表面上看是电视媒体的人力资源管理问题,实际上是电视媒体缺少一整套从战略上系统创建“雇主品牌”(Employer Brand)策略的结果。“雇主品牌”创建的缺失不但会影响电视媒体正常的经营活动,更重要的是会影响电视媒体的节目品牌和整体
The television industry is a highly-intensive industry with highly qualified personnel. Talents are at the core of the television media business. As the competition in the television market intensifies, more and more television media are facing the problem of brain drain. This issue is ostensibly the issue of human resource management in the television media and is in fact the result of a lack of a complete set of strategies from the strategic “Employer Brand” strategy of the television media. The absence of “employer brand” creation will not only affect the normal business activities of the television media, but more importantly, it will affect the programming brand and overall of the television media
