随着国民经济和交通运输事业的迅速发展,行车荷载的作用次数及轴载大大增加,部分新建道路在开放交通一、二年内就出现了坑槽、开裂、车辙等病害,寿命较短、修复次数多,不仅会造成较大的经济损失,而且还会产生不良的社会影响。因此,改善沥青路面的使用品质,提高沥青路面耐久性、强度、高温、及水低温稳定性,延长路面使用寿命是当前我国道路工作者面临的重要课题。
