采用快速Fmoc合成技术,在多抗原肽(MAP)树脂上直接合成了带有8拷贝HCV核壳蛋白区免疫原性肽段C-19的MAP-C-19分支状大分子,研究表明,MAP-C-19分支状合成肽抗原检测HCV血清抗体的检测灵敏度有所提高,已达到HCV诊断试剂国家质控标准的要求。
MAP-C-19 branched macromolecules with 8 copies of the immunogenic peptide C-19 of the HCV nucleocapsid protein region were directly synthesized on a poly-antigen peptide (MAP) resin using a rapid Fmoc synthesis technique. The results showed that MAP C-19 branched peptide antigen detection of HCV serum antibody detection sensitivity has increased, has reached the HCV diagnostic reagent quality control standards of the country.
